Vinings

Once known as Crossroads, then as Paces – named after the Paces Ferry operator Hardy Pace in 1830 – Vinings is now an unincorporated community in Cobb County. Vinings is an affluent area with real estate ranging from upscale, single-family homes to trendy condominiums and apartments. Vinings Jubilee sits at the heart of the city and features a fine selection of boutiques, restaurants and venues – plus an impressive clock tower. It is located in historic Vinings Village.

There are several organizations in Vinings that help to preserve the community and its heritage – Vinings Civic Club, Vinings Rotary Club, Vinings Historical Society, Vinings Woman’s Club and a dedicated Homeowner’s Association. There are several salons, photography studios, banks, healthcare practices…practically everything you need from day to day, you can find in Vinings. The best part, this lush and eclectic community sits just outside the hustle of Atlanta.
