We are happy to sing her praises:  Rik and I felt very fortunate to have Patti as both our listing and buying agent.  She knew the neighborhood we wanted to live in very well and got us into what became our new house only hours after it had been listed.  Patti never pushed us…she was very honest and relaxed in her assessment of what we would find in our desired market.  We felt like she knew what we wanted and we were delighted to find it so quickly!

Patti also sold our old house for us.  We felt that it was marketed well and again she was very relaxed and professional even when we were anxious.  The house sold in three weeks and again, we were very pleased by her attention to our individual needs.  Her staff was also very helpful and always available to answer any questions or concerns we had.

Patti turned out to be a fabulous ‘resource center’ – our contractor, landscape architect and electrician were all recommended by her and they were the best!  We have worked with other local realtors in the past and the level of service, time spent and understanding of our wants and needs was not even close to that of Patti’s.  We knew that Patti was very busy but we never saw evidence of that based on the time she gave us.  We highly recommend her and her ‘team’.
